The course provides fundamental knowledge of concepts of health informatics and how technology is used in the delivery of healthcare to achieve a safer, higher quality, and more cost-effective health delivery system. Students will develop understanding related to the design, configuration, use, and maintenance of informatics interventions that improve healthcare delivery.
